MTY Trust Partners with Bulawayo’s “Tree Man” for Environmental Initiative

MTY Trust is proud to announce a new partnership with Mr. Kheyi Masuku, a renowned environmental activist from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Mr. Masuku has earned the nickname “Tree Man” for his dedication to tree planting and ecological education.

This collaboration marks a significant step forward in MTY Trust’s commitment to environmental sustainability. Mr. Masuku’s expertise and passion for trees will be invaluable in achieving our shared goals.

A Decade of Dedication to Tree Stewardship

Since establishing his tree nursery in 2017, Mr. Masuku has tirelessly cultivated and distributed both exotic and indigenous tree seedlings. These seedlings have found new homes in schools, organizations, and even with individual residents. His commitment to raising awareness about the importance of trees, particularly among young children, aligns perfectly with MTY Trust’s values.

A Partnership for Positive Change

MTY Trust recognizes the immense value Mr. Masuku brings to this partnership. His experience and established network will significantly enhance our tree-planting initiatives. Together, we aim to:

  • Increase access to tree seedlings for local communities.
  • Promote environmental education, particularly among children.
  • Foster a culture of tree stewardship within Bulawayo.

We are confident that this collaborative effort will have a lasting positive impact on the environment and the lives of the people in Bulawayo.

Looking Forward

MTY Trust is committed to working closely with Mr. Masuku to achieve our environmental goals. We are excited to see the positive outcomes that will stem from this impactful partnership.

Stay tuned for further updates on our joint tree-planting initiatives and educational programs. Together, we can make a difference!
